We welcome guests of all ages.

Our age policy:

  • Adult: 13+ years
  • Child: 2 - 12 years

All of our accommodations have air conditioning.

Pets are allowed only on request.

We may request photos and more information about your pet during the booking process to confirm if they are permissible.

All indoor spaces are smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Parties are not allowed.

In Greece, Quiet Hours must be respected and are enforceable by the police. Guests must not disturb neighbors during these times:

Summer (01/04/2024 - 30/09/2024)

  • 23:00 - 07:00
Winter (01/10/2024 - 31/03/2025)
  • 15:30 - 17:30
  • 22:00 - 07:30

If you find anything damaged when you arrive, please report it to us within 24 hours of your check-in so that we don't hold you responsible.

All damages, big and small, must be reported to us immediately during your stay.

You will be responsible for the repair costs of any damages to walls, doors, windows, screens, furniture, appliances, or anything else that belongs to the accommodation.

Please do not throw toilet paper or any other hygiene products in the toilet as the pipes can get blocked.

In the event that your toilet needs to be unblocked, you will bear the service costs.

You are welcome to bring your own baby bed.

Breakfast is not available.

Booking Policies

Contact us directly to get our guaranteed best rates. We will then confirm availability for your dates or, in case of no availability, we may offer you some alternative dates depending on availability. We will offer you the best price for your stay and if you accept our special direct booking offer, we will kindly ask for you to send a 30% booking deposit to secure your reservation.

If you find a good deal for our accommodation on another website, we will beat that deal with a better one if you book with us directly!

At the time of booking, we will need:
  1. Your Full Name
  2. Your Passport or National ID number
  3. Your cellphone number
If the booking is made under a company name, we will also need:
  1. Company Name
  2. Full Address
  3. VAT Number (if applicable)

We promise you will not be surprised by hidden fees at any point of the booking process or during your stay with us.

The price we offer you will include:

  • Our guaranteed lowest nightly rate - you won't find a lower price anywhere else!
  • 13% VAT
  • 0.50% City Tax
  • Climate Resilience Tax

The price we offer you will not include:

  • 200€ Damage Deposit

We request a 200€ cash deposit at check-in.

At check-out:

  1. Any damages will be covered by the deposit and the remaining balance will then be returned to you.
  2. The full deposit will be returned to you if there are no damages.

The booking deposit must be paid in EURO (€) within 3 business days of our payment request. Otherwise, your reservation won't be guaranteed.

You will need to sign a short letting agreement that details the conditions and house rules.

The accommodation is cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and bath towels upon your arrival.

The accommodation is cleaned every 3 days.

Fresh bath towel change every 3 days.

Fresh bed linen change every 5 days.

We provide supplies for self-service cleaning.

An extra set of fresh bath towels will be provided in the accommodation.

An extra set of fresh bed linens will be provided in the accommodation.

We recommend locking the door when leaving the accommodation.

Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

We don't offer luggage storage.

In the event that you need to check out earlier than planned, we are unable to provide you with a refund under any circumstances.

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we provide:

  • Full Refund: at least 30 days before your check-in date, minus the bank or transfer fee
  • No Refund: less than 30 days before your check-in date

All refunds are paid in EURO (€).

We do not charge any cancelation fees.

Your cancellation request must be sent to us in writing to mondseaview@gmail.com.

You may be able to reschedule your booking.

The following terms apply:

  • Rescheduling your booking is free.
  • Rescheduling your booking is subject to availability.
  • If the new dates have a different price than your originally booked dates, those new prices will then apply.
  • Rescheduling your booking must take place at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
  • You must submit a request in writing to reschedule your booking.

If you don't arrive on the check-in date of your reservation and if we don't hear from you, the status of your reservation will change to "no show" and the accommodation will be made available. We will then have the right to reserve it for other guests. Your deposit will not be refunded.
