We welcome guests of all ages.

Our age policy:

  • Adult: 13+ years
  • Child: 2 - 12 years
  • Baby: 0 - 1 years

ID verification may be required at check-in.

A minimum stay of 6 nights is required.

Breakfast is not available.

Enjoy free Wi-Fi during your stay.

All of our accommodations have air conditioning.

Pets are allowed only on request.

We may request photos and more information about your pet during the booking process to confirm if they are permissible.

All indoor spaces are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only outside.

We do not allow parties.

If you find anything damaged on arrival, report it within 24 hours of check-in so you are not held responsible.

Please report any damages, big or small, to us immediately during your stay.

You will be responsible for repair costs for damages to walls, doors, windows, screens, furniture, appliances, or other accommodation property.

You are welcome to bring your own baby bed.

In Greece, Quiet Hours are legally enforced and must be respected. Please avoid disturbing neighbors during the following times:

Please do not throw toilet paper or any other hygiene products in the toilet, as the pipes can become blocked.

If your toilet needs to be unblocked, you will be responsible for the service costs.

Booking Policies

Contact us directly to get our guaranteed best rates. We will confirm availability for your dates; if not available, we may offer alternative dates. We will offer you the best price for your stay. If you accept our special direct booking offer, we will ask you to send a booking deposit to secure your reservation.

If you find a good deal for our accommodation on another website, we will beat that deal with a better one if you book with us directly!

We promise you will not be surprised by hidden fees at any point of the booking process or during your stay with us.

The price we offer you will include:

  • Our guaranteed lowest nightly rate — you will not find a lower price anywhere else!
  • 13% VAT
  • 0.50% City Tax

The price we offer you will not include:

  • Climate Resilience Tax
  • 100.00€ Damage Deposit
At the time of booking, we will need:
  1. Your Full Name
  2. Your Passport or National ID number
  3. Your cellphone number
If the booking is made under a company name, we will also need:
  1. Company Name
  2. Full Address
  3. VAT Number (if applicable)

We kindly ask for a 100.00€ cash deposit at check-in.

At check-out:
  1. If there are any damages, we will cover them using the deposit and return the remaining balance to you.
  2. If there are no damages, we will return the full deposit to you.
30% of the total price of your stay.

The booking deposit must be paid in EURO (€) within 3 business days of our payment request. Otherwise, your reservation will not be guaranteed.

You must present a National ID Card or Passport.

You will need to sign a short letting agreement that explains the conditions and house rules.

We clean and stock the accommodation with fresh linens and bath towels before your arrival.

Fresh bath towel change every 3 days.

Fresh bed linen change every 5 days.

We provide supplies for self-service cleaning.

An extra set of fresh bath towels will be provided in the accommodation.

An extra set of fresh bed linens will be provided in the accommodation.

We will not clean the accommodation during your stay.

Please help us conserve the island's scarce water resources by requesting fewer changes during your stay.

We recommend locking the door when leaving the accommodation.

Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

We do not offer luggage storage.

If you need to check out earlier than planned, we cannot provide a refund under any circumstances.

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we provide:

  • Full Refund: at least 30 days before your check-in date, minus the bank or transfer fee
  • No Refund: less than 30 days before your check-in date

All refunds are paid in EURO (€).

We do not charge any cancellation fees.

Please send your cancellation request in writing to mondseaview@gmail.com.

You may be able to reschedule your booking instead.

The following terms apply:

  • Rescheduling your booking is free of charge.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • If the new dates have a different price, the new prices will apply.
  • Rescheduling must be done at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
  • You must submit a written request to reschedule your booking.

If you do not arrive on the check-in date of your reservation and we do not hear from you, your reservation will be marked as "no show" and the accommodation will be made available to others. Your deposit will not be refunded.
